What started with a couple of North American’s love and passion for Middle Caicos, turned into a life mission to build on these islands and bring them to a place of self-sustainability.

Several years ago, we came to this beautiful, quiet and secluded island.  We have made this island our home and are dedicated to build the community of Middle and North Caicos.

Our principal business focus is to develop homes for new comers. We will be creating jobs, homes and a source of income for Turks & Caicos Island Belongers.

Together we have over 70+ years of building experience and with those years we have developed the eye for quality.  We have brought people from all over North America who are just as dedicated as we are to see every building project from start to finish.

This is our home, not just our job.
